By accessing or using inzoo, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

inzoo is operated by Redvenilla IT Firm, India. inzoo is a creator-commerce platform that lets Indian creators sell digital products, courses, and 1:1 bookings, and automate Instagram DMs.

• You must be at least 18 years old to create a creator account.
• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
• You may not impersonate another person or brand.
• You are responsible for all content, products, pricing, and messages published through your store.

• Creators set their own prices and are responsible for fulfilling orders.
• inzoo provides payment infrastructure; actual payouts to creators are subject to applicable platform fees and withdrawal terms.
• All sales are between the creator and the buyer. inzoo is not the seller unless explicitly stated.
• Refund and cancellation policies are set by individual creators and must comply with Indian consumer laws.

You may not use inzoo to sell, promote, or distribute:

• Illegal, fraudulent, or harmful goods or services.
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights.
• Hate speech, harassment, or explicit adult content.
• Malware, phishing, or other security threats.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

• Instagram DM automation must comply with Meta Platform Terms and applicable messaging policies.
• Creators are responsible for the automations they configure, including message content and recipient targeting.
• Abusive, spammy, or unsolicited messaging may result in account suspension.

• You retain ownership of content you upload.
• You grant inzoo a limited license to host, display, and deliver your content to buyers.
• Do not upload content you do not have the right to use or sell.

inzoo is provided on an “as is” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Redvenilla IT Firm is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these terms, fraud, or prolonged inactivity. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above indicates the most recent revision. Continued use of inzoo after changes means you accept the updated terms.
