Privacy Policy

inzoo is a creator-commerce platform that lets Indian creators sell digital products, courses, and 1:1 bookings from a branded storefront, and automate Instagram DMs. References to “we”, “us”, or “inzoo” refer to Redvenilla IT Firm, India.

• Account data — name, email, password (hashed), profile photo, username, and OAuth identifiers when you sign in with Google.
• Creator data — store details, products, pricing, media uploads, UPI ID, WhatsApp number, GSTIN, and preferences.
• Buyer data — name, email, phone, order details, payment reference, invoice information, and course/booking progress.
• Instagram data — when a creator connects Instagram via Facebook, we receive an Instagram Business account ID, username, connected Facebook Page ID, and an access token. We use these strictly to receive DMs and send replies configured by the creator.
• Usage data — page views, product clicks, referrer, coarse device/browser info, and IP address for security and analytics.

• Operate storefronts, checkout, digital delivery, and course access.
• Process payments, generate tax invoices, and support refunds.
• Send transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, notifications).
• Run creator-authored automations (Instagram DMs, broadcasts, coupons).
• Measure store analytics for the creator who owns the store.
• Prevent fraud, abuse, and enforce our terms.

We rely on the following service providers. Each processes limited data only to deliver their part of the service:

• Cloud infrastructure provider — database, authentication, and file storage.
• Stripe — card payment processing (test mode today; production when enabled).
• Meta (Facebook / Instagram) — OAuth sign-in for connecting Instagram accounts and delivering DM webhooks.
• Google — OAuth sign-in for creator accounts.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share buyer contact details with third parties for advertising.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences. We record aggregate page views and product clicks so creators can improve their stores. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

• Data is stored on encrypted cloud infrastructure.
• Passwords are hashed; database access is protected by row-level security policies.
• Access tokens for third-party services (Instagram, Stripe) are stored encrypted.
• Access to production data is limited to authorized personnel.

No online service is perfectly secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at hello@redvenilla.in.

We retain account and transaction data for as long as your account is active or as required for tax, accounting, and legal obligations under Indian law. You can request deletion of your account at any time (see “Your rights” below); certain records (e.g. tax invoices) may be retained for the period required by law.

You can:

• Access, correct, or update your profile from the dashboard.
• Export your store, product, and order data on request.
• Disconnect Instagram from the Instagram settings page in your dashboard.
• Request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing hello@redvenilla.in.

inzoo is not directed at children under 18. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will remove the account.

We will update the “Last updated” date above whenever this policy changes. Material changes will be notified by email or in-app.
